Greek Salad
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 red onion
1 english cucumber
2 1/2 cups spiral noodles
1/2 cup feta cheese
clubhouse greek spice
3 tbsp olive oil
6 tbsp water
Cut up the red and green peppers, along with the onion and cucumber. Place in a bowl. Cook the spiral noodles in a saucepan. While the noodles are cooking, mix the greek spice with the olive oil and water. Mix the dressing into the vegetables, along with the cooked noodles. Add feta cheese.
